In our opinion, the annual accounts of the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th EDFs for the year ended 31 December 2014 present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position as at 31 December 2014, the results of their operations, their cash flows and the changes in net assets for the year then ended, in accordance with the EDF Financial Regulation and with accounting rules based on internationally accepted accounting standards for the public sector.
Nous estimons que les comptes annuels des 8e, 9e, 10e et 11e FED pour l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2014 présentent fidèlement, dans tous leurs aspects significatifs, la situation financière au 31 décembre 2014, le résultat de leurs opérations, leurs flux de trésorerie, ainsi que la variation de l’actif net pour l’exercice clos à cette date, conformément au règlement financier des FED et aux normes comptables internationalement admises pour le secteur public.

One part shall be the cash contribution and the other the in-kind contribution. These two parts contribute to a percentage of the annual cash budget and the annual in-kind budget of DARIAH ERIC, and shall be based on the GDP figures of each country.

2. For the specific needs of paying expenditure of the EAGF pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council , and depending on the Union's cash position, Member States may be invited by the Commission to bring forward, by up to two months in the first quarter of the financial year, the entry of one-twelfth, or a fraction thereof, of the amounts in the budget for the VAT-based own resource and the GNI-based own resource, taking into account the effect on these resources of the correction granted to the United Kingdom for budgetary imbalances and of the gross reduction granted to Denmark, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.
2. Subject to the third subparagraph, for the specific needs of paying expenditure of the European Structural and Investment Funds pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council , and depending on the Union's cash position, Member States may be invited by the Commission to bring forward, in the first six months of the financial year, the entry of up to an additional half of one-twelfth of the amounts in the budget for the VAT-based own resource and the GNI-based own resource, taking into account the effect on these resources of the correction granted to the United Kingdom for budgetary imbalances and of the gross reduction granted to Denmark, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.

(29) The largest single source of financing for the housing-promotion activities was and still is, the Land housing promotion fund (Landeswohnungsbauvermögen), which has been built up from interest income from housing loans granted by Wfa and annual cash injections from the Land budget.
