Welcomes, therefore, the decision to mobilise the flexibility instrument for a total amount of EUR 275 million for the reconstruction programme following the tsunami, the reconstruction programme in Iraq, new support measures for ACP countries following sugar reform, and the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP);
23. se félicite dès lors de la décision tendant à mobiliser l'instrument de flexibilité, pour un montant total de 275 millions d'EUR, pour le programme de reconstruction au lendemain du tsunami, le programme de reconstruction de l'Irak, les nouvelles mesures de soutien des pays ACP à la suite de la réforme du régime du sucre, et pour la politique étrangère et de sécurité commune (PESC);
