– (EL) Mr President, if I were a Palestinian citizen looking enthusiastically towards the European Union to get me out of the impasse I was in, I would agree with Mr Swoboda and with Mrs Caroline Lucas and I would be very concerned about certain aspects of the Rocard report.
- (EL) Monsieur le Président, si j’étais un citoyen palestinien regardant de manière enthousiaste vers l’Union européenne pour me sortir de l’impasse où je me trouve, je donnerais raison à M. Swoboda et à Mme Caroline Lucas et je serais très préoccupé par certains aspects du rapport Rocard.
