Definition: A type of pervasive developmental disorder that is defined by a period of entirely normal development before the onset of the disorder, followed by a definite loss of previously acquired skills in several areas of development over the course of a few months. Typically, this is accompanied by a general loss of interest in the environment, by stereotyped, repetitive motor mannerisms, and by autistic-like abnormalities in social interaction and communication. Definition: Disorders of adult personality and behaviour that have developed in persons with no previous personality disorder following exposure to catastrophic or excessive prolonged stress, or following a severe psychiatric illness. These diagnoses should be made only when there is evidence of a definite and enduring change in a person's pattern of perceiving, relating to, or thinking about the environment and himself or herself. The personality change should be significant and be associated with inflexible and maladaptive behaviour not present before the pathogenic experience. The change should not be a direct manifestation of another mental disorder or a residual symptom of any antecedent mental disorder.
Définition: Cette catégorie concerne des anomalies de la personnalité et du comportement chez l'adulte, survenant en l'absence de troubles préalables de la personnalité et faisant suite à un facteur de stress, soit catastrophique, soit excessif et prolongé, ou à une maladie psychiatrique sévère. Ce diagnostic ne doit être porté que dans les cas où on a la preuve d'un changement manifeste et durable des modes de perception, de relation ou de pensée concernant l'environnement ou soi-même. Clean coal technology has been developed within the EU during the last 20 years, in particular under the ECSC Treaty and the Community RD Programme. Processes to reduce emission of SO2, NOx and particulates make it possible to burn coal in large installations with a minimum of impact on local air quality or acidification.
