Guidelines for achieving a fundamental reform of the mechanisms of the Common Agricultural Policy were approved yesterday by the European Commission in a reflection paper presented by Mr Ray Mac Sharry, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Les orientations relatives à une réforme fondamentale des mécanismes de la politique agricole commune ont été approuvées hier par la Commission européenne dans un document de réflexion présenté par M. Ray Mac Sharry, commissaire chargé de l'agriculture et du développement rural.
