From the facts of the case communicated by the French authorities, it seems that the various summons issued by the investigating judge on 17 November 2009 and on 11 May 2010 respectively, to which Bruno Gollnisch was subject constitute measures "depriving the Member of freedom or restricting that freedom" under the second subparagraph of Article 26 of the French Constitution.
