Nor do the rules on partial reimbursement of Community assistance allow the Commission, when granting the partial reimbursement of assistance, to establish as the upper limit for reimbursement the amount which the Member State indicated to the Commission in its application for authorisation, either as the total amount of the assistance, or as the amount of assistance scheduled for certain producers’ organisations.
Les règles relatives au remboursement communautaire partiel de l’aide nationale ne permettent pas à la Commission, dans le cadre de l’autorisation de ce remboursement partiel, de fixer comme plafond du remboursement le montant que l’État membre, dans le cadre de la demande d’autorisation, a communiqué à la Commission, que ce soit comme montant total de l’aide ou comme montant d’aide à octroyer à chaque organisation de producteurs.
