The European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF) confirms that, on the basis of information received by the European Commission (DG PRESS), it has opened an investigation in accordance with the provisions of article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) 1073/1999, into the management of Community funds granted in France in the area of information and communication policy.
