The Commission considered that the characteristics of the tax measures introduced by the said Decree-Law - notably their limitation in time (up to 31 December 1990), the need for examination by the CIPE (Interministerial Committee for Economic Programming), the size of the company (LIT 50 billion) and the fact that they are not automatic - suggest that they will be applied to a very limited number of operations, perhaps solely to the Enimont operation which has already been endorsed by the CIPE.
