It shall contain details of the time limit for carrying out the transfer and shall, if necessary, contain information on the place Ö where, Õ and Ö the Õ date at Ö on Õ which the applicantÖ person concerned Õshould appear, if he/she is travelling to the Ö responsible Õ Member State responsible by his/her own means. ð The time-limits for carrying out the transfer shall be set in order to allow the person a reasonable period of time to seek a remedy in accordance with Article 26. ï This decision may be subject to an appeal or a review.
