Definition: A group of disorders in which anxiety is evoked only, or predominantly, in certain well-defined situations that are not currently dangerous. As a result these situations are characteristically avoided or endured with dread. The patient's concern may be focused on individual symptoms like palpitations or feeling faint and is often associated with secondary fears of dying, losing control, or going mad. (3.1) If a victim or a person referred to in subsection 26(3) or 142(3) has provided the releasing authority with a statement describing the harm done to them or loss suffered by them as a result of the commission of an offence or the continuing impact of the commission of the offence on them — including any safety concerns — or commenting on the possible release of the offender, the releasing authority shall impose any conditions on the parole, statutory release or unescorted temporary absence of the offender that it considers reasonable and necessary in order to protect the victim or the person, including a condition that the offender abstain from having any contact, including communication by any means, with the victim or the person or from going to any specified place.

Les milieux juridiques, ceux de la justice, les membres de groupes de défense des victimes, les agents de police et les Canadiens en général expriment depuis des années une grande inquiétude, en particulier au sujet de la libération anticipée des délinquants, des conditions qui s'appliquent aux délinquants relâchés au sein de la collectivité et la rapidité avec laquelle, dans de nombreux cas, la libération d'office est accordée.

(i) the forth subparagraph is replaced by the following: "After the splitting, the endorsed original of each extract of the certificate of inspection shall accompany the batch concerned, and shall be presented to the relevant Member State's authority, which shall verify the concerned batch in view of its release for free circulation".

After the splitting, the endorsed original of each extract of the certificate of inspection shall accompany the batch concerned, and will be presented to the relevant Member State's authority to comply with Article 4(1) in view of release for free circulation of the batch concerned.
Après la division du lot, l'original visé de chaque extrait du certificat de contrôle accompagne le sous-lot correspondant, et il est présenté à l'autorité compétente de l'État membre, en conformité avec l'article 4, paragraphe 1, en vue de la mise en libre pratique du sous-lot concerné.
