Whereas, following the political agreement on the multiannual financial framework for the years 2014-20 and on the establishment of the Connecting Europe Facility, the Commission proposes that Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 should be amended in order to make it possible to carry over, to year n+1, any appropriations of the Emergency Aid Reserve placed in the reserve and not used in year n, and to carry over, to the following financial year, commitment appropriations not used at the end of a financial year for projects financed under the Connecting Europe Facility,
considérant que, à la suite de l’accord politique sur le cadre financier pluriannuel pour la période 2014-2020 et sur la création du mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe, la Commission propose de modifier le règlement (UE, Euratom) no 966/2012 afin de permettre, d’une part, le report à l’exercice n + 1 des crédits de la réserve pour les aides d’urgence qui ont été mis en réserve et qui n’ont pas été utilisés au cours de l’exercice n, et, d’autre part, le report à l’exercice suivant des crédits d’engagement inutilisés à la fin d’un exercice en faveur de projets financés au titre du mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe,
