Member States are hereby authorised to ratify, for the parts falling under the competence conferred upon the Union by the Treaties, the Convention concerning decent work for domestic workers, 2011, of the International Labour Organisation (Convention No 189).
Les États membres sont autorisés à ratifier la convention de l’Organisation internationale du travail de 2011 concernant un travail décent pour les travailleuses et travailleurs domestiques (convention no 189) pour ce qui est des parties relevant de la compétence conférée à l’Union par les traités.

‘Article 1(5) and Article 8 of the Convention on Unemployment Insurance of 19 July 1978 and Article 10 of the Final Protocol to this Convention (granting of unemployment allowances to frontier workers by the previous State of employment) shall continue to apply to persons who have exercised an activity as a frontier worker on or before 1 January 2005 and become unemployed before 1 January 2011’.
