If someone wants to start and flog one to Canadians to represent a different point of view, would not that be true democratization of the airwaves, rather than have the CRTC restrict anyone from owning a radio, cable or TV station?
Si l'on pouvait créer une chaîne pour offrir aux Canadiens un point de vue différent, ne s'agirait-il pas d'une véritable démocratisation des ondes, plus que lorsque le CRTC restreint quiconque veut posséder une chaîne de radiodiffusion, de câblodiffusion ou de télévision?
