Ministers reiterated their support for the development of scientific and technical research on topics of interest to both parties, and for scientific exchanges and the training of human resources for Central America; they acknowledged the importance for scientific co- operation between the two sides of the committee for the scientific and technological development of Central America and Panama (CTCAP).
Les ministres ont réaffirmé leur soutien au développement de la recherche scientifique et technique dans des domaines intéressant les deux parties, ainsi qu'aux échanges scientifiques et à la formation de ressources humaines pour l'Amérique centrale. Ils ont reconnu l'importance de la Commission pour le développement scientifique et technologique de l'Amérique centrale et du Panama (CTCAP) dans le cadre de la coopération scientifique entre les deux parties.
