Strongly condemns the Cuban Government's neglect of the most basic humanitarian needs in the case of the death in prison of Mr Orlando Zapata Tamayo; urges the Cuban Government to release unconditionally all political prisoners, including those who were detained and sentenced in 2003; expresses its deep concern for the health of those still detained in Cuban prisons; calls upon the Cuban authorities to facilitate immediate access to Cuban prisons for international humanitarian organisations;
