Commission Decision 2008/544/EC (4) transformed the ‘Executive Agency for the Public Health Programme’ into the ‘Executive Agency for Health and Consumers’, extended its mandate until 31 December 2015 and included in it the implementation of the Public Health Programme 2008-2013 adopted by Decision No 1350/2007/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (5), the Consumer Programme for 2007-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1926/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (6) and the food safety training measures covered by Council Directive 2000/29/EC (7) and Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (8).
La décision 2008/544/CE de la Commission (4) a transformé l’«Agence exécutive pour le programme de santé publique» en «Agence exécutive pour la santé et les consommateurs», a prolongé son mandat jusqu’au 31 décembre 2015 et y a inclus la mise en œuvre du programme de santé publique 2008-2013 adopté par la décision no 1350/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (5), du programme d’action communautaire dans le domaine de la politique des consommateurs 2007-2013 adopté par la décision no 1926/2006/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (6) et des mesures de formation en matière de sécurité alimentaire couvertes par la directive 2000/29/CE du Conseil (7) et le règlement (CE) no 882/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (8).

– having regard to Decision No 1350/2007/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 establishing a second programme of Community action in the field of health (2008-13) , and the subsequent Commission Decision of 22 February 2011 concerning the adoption of a financing decision for 2011 in the framework of the second programme of Community action in the field of health (2008-2013) and on the selection, award and other criteria for financial contributions to the actions to this programme ,
– vu la décision n° 1350/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 octobre 2007 établissant un deuxième programme d'action communautaire dans le domaine de la santé (2008-2013) , et la décision ultérieure de la Commission du 22 février 2011 relative à l'adoption d'une décision de financement pour 2011 dans le cadre du deuxième programme d'action communautaire dans le domaine de la santé (2008-2013) et aux critères de sélection, d'attribution et autres applicables aux participations financières aux actions dudit programme ,

The Agency shall be responsible for carrying out the following implementation tasks for the management of the second Public Health Programme 2008-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1350/2007/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (21), the Consumer programme for 2007-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1926/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (22), the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on European standardisation and the food safety training measures covered by Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (23), Council Directive 2000/29/EC (24), Decision C(2012) 1548 and Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council (25):
L’agence est chargée des tâches de mise en œuvre suivantes pour la gestion du deuxième programme de santé publique 2008-2013 adopté par la décision no 1350/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (21), du programme des consommateurs pour 2007-2013 adopté par la décision no 1926/2006/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (22), du règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil sur la normalisation européenne et des mesures de formation en matière de sécurité alimentaire couvertes par le règlement (CE) no 882/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (23), la directive 2000/29/CE du Conseil (24), la décision C(2012) 1548 et le règlement (CE) no 1905/2006 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (25):

Taking account of the cost-benefit analysis which was carried out and with a view to the objectives of certain Community programmes being achieved more effectively, Decision 2008/544/EC made the Agency responsible for implementing the following Community programmes and actions: the Public Health Programme 2003-2008, the Public Health Programme 2008-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1350/2007/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (5), the Consumer Programme 2007-2013 as adopted by Decision 1926/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (6) and the food safety training measures covered by Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (7) and Council Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community (8).
Compte tenu de l’analyse des coûts et des avantages qui a été réalisée et dans le but d’atteindre plus efficacement les objectifs poursuivis par certains programmes communautaires, la décision 2008/544/CE a chargé l’Agence de la mise en œuvre des programmes et actions communautaires suivants: le programme de santé publique 2003-2008, le programme de santé publique 2008-2013 adopté par la décision no 1350/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (5), le programme des consommateurs 2007-2013 adopté par la décision no 1926/2006/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil (6) et les mesures de formation en matière de sécurité alimentaire couvertes par le règlement (CE) no 882/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (7) et la directive 2000/29/CE du Conseil du 8 mai 2000 concernant les mesures de protection contre l’introduction dans la Communauté d’organismes nuisibles aux végétaux ou aux produits végétaux et contre leur propagation à l’intérieur de la Communauté (8).

The Agency shall receive subsidies entered in the general budget of the European Communities from the funds allocated to the second Public Health Programme 2008-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1350/2007/EC, the Consumer programme for 2007-2013 as adopted by Decision No 1926/2006/EC, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on European standardisation and the food safety training measures covered by Regulation (EC) No 882/2004, Directive 2000/29/EC, Decision C(2012)1548 and Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006’.

Decision No 1350/2007/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 establishing a second programme of Community action in the field of health (2008 to 2013) (4) (hereinafter referred to as the second Public Health Programme 2008-2013) entered into force on 21 November 2007.
La décision no 1350/2007/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 octobre 2007 établissant un deuxième programme d’action communautaire dans le domaine de la santé (2008-2013) (4) (ci-après «le deuxième programme de santé publique 2008-2013») est entrée en vigueur le 21 novembre 2007.
