(8) If no appeal from a determination under subsection (7) confirming the Minister’s decision is taken under section 7.2 within the time limited for doing so under that section or an appeal panel has, on an appeal under that section, confirmed the Minister’s decision under this section, or if the Minister, after reconsidering the matter under paragraph (7)(a) or 7.2(3)(b), has confirmed the suspension, the holder of the document or the owner or operator of any aircraft, airport or other facility in respect of which the document was issued may, in writing, request the Minister to reconsider whether the immediate threat to aviation safety or security referred to in subsection (1) that occasioned the suspension continues to exist or is likely to occur as described in that subsection.

As part of an operational programme or operational programmes, which have been subject to a Commission decision under Article 96(10) of this Regulation or under Article 8(12) of the ETC Regulation, the ERDF and the Cohesion Fund may support an operation comprising a series of works, activities or services intended in itself to accomplish an indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature which has clearly identified goals and for which the total eligible cost exceeds EUR 50 000 000 and in the case of operations contributing to the thematic objective under point (7) of the first paragraph of Article 9 where the total eligible cost exceeds EUR 75 000 000 (the 'major project').

4. Where protection of an international registration is refused by a decision under this Article which has become final or where the holder of the international registration has renounced the protection in respect of the European Community prior to a decision under this Article which has become final, the Office shall refund the holder of the international registration a part of the individual fee to be laid down in the Implementing Regulation.
