In order to make good the breach of Article 90 and eliminate the discrimination retroactively, France must reimburse the part of the levy imposed on products coming from other Member States within a period and under conditions set by the Commission.
Afin de réparer la violation de l’article 90, et d’éliminer ainsi rétroactivement la discrimination, la France doit procéder au remboursement de la partie de la taxe ayant frappé les produits en provenance des autres États membres dans un délai et dans des conditions fixés par la Commission.
