TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Consequently, the TACs for stocks of Southern hake, of Norway lobster, of sole in the Western Channel, of herring to the west of Scotland and of cod in the Kattegat, to the west of Scotland and in the Irish Sea should be established in accordance with the rules laid down in: Council Regulation (EC) No 2166/2005 of 20 December 2005 establishing measures for the recovery of the Southern hake and Norway lobster stocks in the Cantabrian Sea and Western Iberian peninsula (2); Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2007 of 7 May 2007 establishing a multi-annual plan for the sustainable exploitation of the stock of sole in the Western Channel (3); Council Regulation (EC) No 1300/2008 of 18 December 2008 establishing a multi-annual plan for the stock of herring distributed to the west of Scotland and the fisheries exploiting that stock (4); and Council Regulation (EC) No 1342/2008 of 18 December 2008 establishing a long-term plan for cod stocks and the fisheries exploiting those stocks (5) (the "Cod Plan").
En conséquence, il convient que les TAC pour les stocks de merlu du sud, de langoustine et de sole dans la Manche occidentale, de hareng commun à l'ouest de l'Écosse et de cabillaud dans le Kattegat, à l'ouest de l'Écosse et en mer d'Irlande soient établis conformément aux règles prévues dans les règlements suivants: le règlement (CE) no 2166/2005 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2005 établissant des mesures de reconstitution des stocks de merlu austral et de langoustine évoluant dans la mer Cantabrique et à l'ouest de la péninsule Ibérique (2); le règlement (CE) no 509/2007 du Conseil du 7 mai 2007 établissant un plan pluriannuel pour l'exploitation durable du stock de sole dans la Manche occidentale (3); le règlement (CE) no 1300/2008 du Conseil du 18 décembre 2008 établissant un plan pluriannuel pour le stock de hareng présent à l'ouest de l'Écosse et les pêcheries qui exploitent ce stock (4) et le règlement (CE) no 1342/2008 du Conseil du 18 décembre 2008 établissant un plan à long terme pour les stocks de cabillaud et les pêcheries exploitant ces stocks (5) (le "plan pour le cabillaud").

(4) Since herring in the west of Scotland is a migrating migratory species, the specification of the area it that the stock of herring distributed to the west of Scotland currently inhabits should serve to identify distinguish it from other stocks, but should not prevent this plan for from applying in the event that the species that stock changes its mobility patterns.
(4) Comme le hareng présent dans la zone située à l'ouest de l'Écosse est une espèce migratrice, la description de la zone où elle est présente le stock de hareng présent à l'ouest de l'Écosse évolue actuellement devrait permettre de la le distinguer par rapport à d'autres stocks, mais ne devrait pas empêcher l'application de ce plan dans le cas où l'espèce ce stock modifie ses schémas de mobilité.

In order to give charity organisations in Member States that are using the current food distribution scheme sufficient time to adapt to the new situation, the food distribution scheme should be amended to provide for a phasing-out period, during which market purchases should become a regular source of supply for the food distribution scheme, in order to complement intervention stocks where suitable intervention stocks are not available.

For the purpose of this food distribution scheme, products in intervention stocks shall be made available or, where there are no intervention stocks suitable for the food distribution scheme, food products shall be purchased on the market.

The procedure and rules for establishing the annual distribution plan for products from intervention stocks drawn up by the Commission on the basis of information provided by the Member States should be simple and the timetable should be adapted taking into account the requirements of distribution to the recipients and the need for financial management of public intervention stocks.
Il convient que la procédure et les modalités d’établissement du plan annuel de distribution des produits provenant des stocks d’intervention élaboré par la Commission sur la base des données fournies par les États membres soient simples et que le calendrier soit aménagé compte tenu, d’une part, des exigences de distribution aux bénéficiaires, et, d’autre part, des nécessités de gestion financière des stocks publics d’intervention.
