It's a real honour to be here this afternoon to speak to you about a little town in southern Alberta with two OK's. As I was flying across this beautiful land last night and somewhat lamenting the absence of one Canadian hockey team in the Stanley Cup playoffs, I was thinking about the abundance of resources or the lack of resources in this country and how that is constantly challenging Canadian ingenuity in terms of how we manage our affairs.
