The Member State then fixes the quantities each sugar producer is allowed to produce under the national quota, and the sugar producers themselves may then distribute sugar directly to the farmer on the basis of delivery rights.

2. The additional levy shall be determined for each sugar-producing undertaking, each isoglucose-producing undertaking and each insulin syrup-producing undertaking by multiplying the total sum due from the undertaking by way of production levies for the marketing year concerned by a coefficient to be determined.

2. Member States may reduce the A and B quotas of each sugar-producing undertaking or isoglucose-producing undertaking established in their territories by no more than 10 % of the A quota or the B quota, as the case may be, fixed for each undertaking under Article 11.

Italy shall be authorised to grant adjustment aid, which may not exceed EUR 5,43 per 100 kilogrammes of white sugar to sugar beet producers and, where appropriate, to sugar producers for the production of the corresponding quantity of sugar effected within the A and B quotas of each sugar-producing undertaking, in the following regions: Abruzzi, Molise, Apulia, Sardinia, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily.

L'Italie est autorisée à octroyer une aide d'adaptation dont le montant ne peut dépasser 5,43 euros par 100 kilogrammes de sucre blanc, aux producteurs de betteraves à sucre et, le cas échéant, aux producteurs de sucre pour la production de la quantité de sucre correspondante effectuée dans la limite des quotas A et B de chaque entreprise productrice de sucre, pour les régions suivantes: les Abruzzes, le Molise, les Pouilles, la Sardaigne, la Campanie, la Basilicate, la Calabre et la Sicile.

4. Portugal shall be authorised to grant adjustment aid, which may exceed EUR 3,11 per 100 kilogrammes of white sugar to sugar beet producers located in its mainland territory for the production of the corresponding quantity of sugar effected within the A and B quotas of each sugar-producing undertaking.

Le Portugal est autorisé à octroyer une aide d'adaptation dont le montant ne peut dépasser 3,11 euros par 100 kilogrammes de sucre blanc aux producteurs de betteraves à sucre sur son territoire continental pour la production de la quantité de sucre correspondante effectuée dans la limite des quotas A et B de chaque entreprise productrice de sucre.

This minimum stock of the sugar referred to in (a) above shall, on a fixed date, be equal to a percentage of the A quota of each sugar-producing undertaking or to the same percentage of its production of A sugar where this is less than its A quota.
