atellite television ...[+++]broadcasting, - discussed the draft of a Memorandum of Understanding for the promotion and the introduction of advanced television services on the basis of the policy established in the Council Directive but recognized that it was not yet in the form suitable for signature by all parties, and therefore - decided to continue the work on the text of the M.O.U. according to the approach agreed in the meeting, - declared their firm intention to contribute to the elaboration and implementation of Community measures to accelerate the development of advanced television services in Europe and in this context look forward to the early adoption of a Council Decision which will allow them to bring their plans to fruition, - decided to proceed to the early establishment of a working party in order to advise the Commission on the draft of the M.O.U. and on the elaboration and implementation of a Council Decision.La réunion qui a eu lieu hier avec la participation de représentants des autres parties intéressées (radiodiffuse

...[+++]sion par satellite, - ont discuté le projet de déclaration commune d'intention sur la promotion et l'introduction de services de télévision avancés sur la base de la politique fixée par la directive du Conseil, mais, après avoir constaté que ledit projet n'est pas encore sous une forme permettant sa signature par toutes les parties, - ont décidé de continuer à travailler le texte de la déclaration commune d'intention selon les principes convenus lors de la réunion, - ont manifesté leur ferme intention de contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre de mesures communautaires en vue d'accélérer le développement des services de télévision avancés en Europe, et émettent le voeu qu'une décision du Conseil qui leur permettra de concrétiser leurs projets pourra être adoptée rapidement, - 2 - - ont décidé de créer dans les meilleurs délais un groupe de travail en vue de conseiller la Commission en ce qui concerne le projet de déclaration commune d'intention, ainsi que l'élaboration et la mise en oeuvre d'une décision du Conseil.
