The amount of the adjustment shall be equal to the amount of Community tax which they would have paid if they had been members of the Commission of the European Economic Community or of the Commission of the European Atomic Energy Community in accordance with the Regulation laying down the conditions and procedure for applying that tax adopted by the Councils of the European Economic Community and of the European Atomic Energy Community, and all Regulations made in application of that Regulation.
