Joint Undertakings established in the Seventh Framework Programme under Article 187 TFEU for which further support may be provided under the above conditions are: the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI), Clean Sky, Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR), the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH) and the Electronic Components and Systems for European Leadership Joint Technology Initiative (ECSEL).

4. When ECSEL Participating States entrust the ECSEL Joint Undertaking in accordance with the first paragraph, the administrative arrangements referred to in paragraph 3 shall be supplemented with annual arrangements between the entities designated by the ECSEL Participating States for that purpose and the ECSEL Joint Undertaking, laying down the terms and conditions for the financial contribution of the ECSEL Participating States to the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.
4. Within two months of the closure of each financial year, the Executive Director shall submit to the Governing Board for approval an annual activity report on the progress made by the ECSEL Joint Undertaking in the previous calendar year, in particular in relation to the annual work plan for that year. That report shall include, inter alia, information on the following matters:

3. Any payment by the ECSEL Joint Undertaking in respect of the liability referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and the costs and expenses incurred in that connection shall be considered as expenditure of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking and shall be covered by the resources of the ECSEL Joint Undertaking.
