In order to ensure a quick, cheap and efficient mechanism of circulation of protection measures in the European Union, the rationale of Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, repealing Regulation (EC) No 1347/2000 ('Brussels II-bis')[10] and in particlar Articles 41 and 42 thereof, has been followed.
Soucieuse de mettre en place un mécanisme rapide, peu onéreux et efficace de circulation des mesures de protection dans l’Union européenne, la Commission a suivi l’approche du règlement (CE) n° 2201/2003 du Conseil du 27 novembre 2003 relatif à la compétence, la reconnaissance et l'exécution des décisions en matière matrimoniale et en matière de responsabilité parentale, abrogeant le règlement (CE) n° 1347/2000 («Bruxelles II bis»)[10], et plus particulièrement ses articles 41 et 42.
