In order to strengthen the tools of the enforcement of this regulation, the Rapporteur proposed to introduce a licensing scheme for energy traders, whereby the license could be removed in case of breaches of this regulation.
Afin de renforcer les instruments d'exécution du présent règlement, votre rapporteur propose d'introduire un système d'octroi de licences pour les négociants en énergie, sachant que la licence pourrait être retirée en cas d'infraction au présent règlement.
