4. With effect from the entry into force of this Decision, representatives of Norway and Switzerland may be temporarily involved as observers in the work of the Security Board under the conditions laid down in its rules of procedure. This is conditional upon Norway and Switzerland each providing prior confirmation of their intention to apply, on their territory, all the necessary security measures to ensure an appropriate degree of protection of the infrastructure, services and technologies of the European GNSS programmes and systems, particularly as regards export controls.
4. Dès l’entrée en vigueur de la présente décision, des représentants de la Norvège et de la Suisse peuvent être associés de manière temporaire en tant qu’observateurs aux travaux du conseil pour la sécurité selon les conditions définies par son règlement intérieur, à condition que la Norvège et la Suisse aient chacune préalablement confirmé leur intention d’appliquer sur leur territoire toutes les mesures de sécurité nécessaires pour assurer un degré de protection adéquat des infrastructures, des services et des technologies des programmes et systèmes GNSS européens, notamment en matière de contrôle des exportations.
