On the deliverables, as I've said, we'll finalize the alignment; we will clear up the right of way issue, the environmental impact assessment, the public information process, the obtaining of permits, the investment grade ridership forecasts, the final design criteria and firming up of construction costs, the corporate structure and the regulatory framework, and financial close.
