M. whereas Latin America cannot cease to be a priority for the EU, as is reflected in EU–Latin American bi-regional relations, where there have been considerable advances in recent years, such as the Association Agreements with Central America, Chile and Mexico, the multi-party trade agreement with Colombia and Peru, the negotiations with Mercosur, the Madrid Action Plan and the launch of the EU–LAC Foundation;
M. considérant que l'Amérique latine doit rester une priorité pour l'Union, comme en témoignent les progrès considérables accomplis ces dernières années dans le cadre des relations birégionales UE-Amérique latine, notamment avec les accords d'association avec l'Amérique centrale, le Chili et le Mexique, l'accord commercial multipartite avec la Colombie et le Pérou, les négociations avec le Mercosur, le Plan d'action de Madrid et la création de la Fondation UE-ALC;
