The conclusion on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community of the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, on the one part, and the Republic of Montenegro, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union (‘the Protocol’) (3) is hereby approved.
La conclusion, au nom de la Communauté européenne de l’énergie atomique, du protocole à l’accord de stabilisation et d’association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d’une part, et la République du Monténégro, d’autre part, afin de tenir compte de l’adhésion de la République de Croatie à l’Union européenne (le «protocole») (3), est approuvée.

Article 44 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Montenegro, of the other part (‘the Agreement’) refers to Protocol 3 concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation (‘Protocol 3’), which lays down the rules of origin and provides for cumulation of origin between the Union, Montenegro, Turkey and any country or territory participating in the Union's Stabilisation and Association Process.
L'article 44 de l'accord de stabilisation et d'association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République du Monténégro, d'autre part, (ci-après dénommé «l'accord») fait référence au protocole no 3 relatif à la définition de la notion de «produits originaires» et aux méthodes de coopération administrative (ci-après dénommé «protocole no 3»), qui détermine les règles d'origine et prévoit le cumul de l'origine entre l'Union, le Monténégro, la Turquie et tout pays ou territoire participant au processus de stabilisation et d'association de l'Union.

The position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Stabilisation and Association Council established by the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Montenegro, of the other part, as regards the replacement of Protocol 3 to that Agreement, concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation, by a new protocol which, as regards the rules of origin, refers to the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin, shall be based on the draft decision of the Stabilisation and Association Council attached to this Decision.
La position à adopter au nom de l'Union européenne au sein du conseil de stabilisation et d'association institué par l'accord de stabilisation et d'association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République du Monténégro, d'autre part, en ce qui concerne le remplacement du protocole no 3 à cet accord, relatif à la définition de la notion de «produits originaires» et aux méthodes de coopération administrative, par un nouveau protocole qui, pour ce qui est des règles d'origine, fait référence à la convention régionale sur les règles d'origine préférentielles paneuro-méditerranéennes est fondée sur le projet de décision du conseil de stabilisation et d'association joint à la présente décision.
