Some adjustments to the current emoluments and other benefits of public office holders are nonetheless appropriate in order to reflect the institutional developments in the Union and to modernise the structure of emoluments, in particular by reflecting, where necessary, the amendments introduced by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1023/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (‘Staff Regulations’).

(2) The purpose of Article 19 of Annex XIII to the Staff Regulations, as last amended by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1023/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, is to enable the institutions to take the necessary measures to settle their disputes concerning the 2011 and 2012 adjustments of remuneration and pensions in compliance with a judgment of the Court of Justice, taking due account of the legitimate expectation of staff that the institutions are to decide each year on the adjustment of their remuneration and pensions.
(2) L'article 19 de l'annexe XIII du statut, tel que modifié par le règlement (UE, Euratom) n° 1023/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, vise à permettre aux institutions de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour régler leurs différends portant sur les adaptations des rémunérations et pensions pour les années 2011 et 2012 en se conformant à un arrêt de la Cour de justice, en tenant compte des attentes légitimes des membres du personnel de voir les institutions statuer chaque année sur l'adaptation de leurs rémunérations et pensions.

By 31 May 2017 , and taking into account the ex-post evaluation of the Euratom 7 Framework Programme established by Decision 2006/970/Euratom and of the Euratom Programme (2012-2013) established by Decision 20XX/XX/ Euratom to be completed by the end of 2015, the Commission shall carry out, with the assistance of independent experts, an interim evaluation of the Euratom Programme on the achievements, at the level of results and progress towards impacts, of the objectives and continued relevance of all the measures, the efficiency and use of resources, the scope for further simplification, and European added value.
Pour le 31 mai 2017 , compte tenu de l'évaluation ex-post du 7 e programme-cadre Euratom établi par la décision 2006/970/Euratom et du programme Euratom (2012-2013) établi par la décision 20XX/XX /Euratom, qui doit être achevée pour fin 2015, la Commission procède, avec l'assistance d'experts indépendants, à une évaluation intermédiaire du programme Euratom sous l'angle de la réalisation (en termes de résultats et de progrès vers les impacts attendus) des objectifs et de la pertinence de toutes les mesures, de l'utilisation efficace des ressources, des possibilités de simplification et de la valeur ajoutée européenne.
