The Commission has announced that it plans to present a regulation on a European Foundation Statute by the end of 2011.

In order to overcome these difficulties, the Commission will present a proposal for a Regulation establishing a European Foundation Statute.
Pour remédier à ces difficultés, la Commission présentera une proposition de règlement établissant un statut de la fondation européenne.

With respect to the possible development of a proposal for a Regulation on a European Foundation, before deciding to submit a proposal, the Commission intends to launch a study aiming at assessing in depth the feasibility of such a statute.
