TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In order to enhance the capacity of the Community, the Member States and consequently the business community to prevent, to address and to respond to major network and information security risks, the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) was established in 2004 for a period of five years.[3] The Agency was established with the main goal of “ensuring a high and effective level of network and information security within the Community, (..) in order to develop a culture of network and information security for the benefit of the citizens, consumers, enterprises and public sector organisations of the European Union, thus contributing to the smooth functioning of the internal market”.
Afin d'améliorer la capacité de la Communauté, des États membres et, de ce fait, du secteur des entreprises, pour prévenir, gérer et faire face aux principaux risques de sécurité des réseaux et de l'information, l'agence européenne chargée de la sécurité des réseaux et de l'information (ENISA) a été crée en 2004 pour une période de cinq ans[3]. L'agence a été établie avec l'objectif principal de " contribuer à un niveau élevé de sécurité des réseaux et de l'information dans la Communauté, (..) de favoriser l'émergence d'une culture de la sécurité des réseaux et de l'information, dans l'intérêt des citoyens, des consommateurs, des entreprises et des organismes du secteur public de l'Union européenne, prenant part ainsi au bon fonctionnement du marché intérieur ".

The EU 2010 biodiversity baseline and the updated EU biodiversity indicators [17] will be key components of this framework, which will also draw on other data and information, such as that produced by the Shared Environmental Information System and Global Monitoring for Environment and Security, the European Forest Data Centre and the LUCAS Land Use Cover Area Frame Survey.
Le niveau de référence fixé en 2010 pour la biodiversité et les indicateurs[17] de biodiversité de l’UE actualisés seront des éléments clés de ce cadre, qui s’appuiera également sur d’autres données et informations, telles que celles provenant du système de partage d'informations sur l'environnement (SEIS) et de la surveillance mondiale de l'environnement et de la sécurité, du centre européen de données sur les forêts et de l'enquête statistique aréolaire sur l'utilisation/l'occupation des sols (LUCAS).

(23a) Union legislation on the TEN-T Guidelines should guarantee that Union infrastructure projects will also adequately take into account the environmental and biodiversity aspects whilst delivering measurable steps towards a low-carbon, climate-resilient and resource-efficient economy. Trans-European transport networks should contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy and favour the transition towards a low-carbon economy.
(23 bis) La législation de l'Union concernant les orientations applicables au RTE-T devrait garantir que les projets d'infrastructures de l'Union tiennent dûment compte des aspects liés à l'environnement et à la biodiversité, tout en prévoyant des mesures concrètes en faveur d'une économie à faibles émissions de CO2, résiliente au changement climatique et économe en ressources; le RTE-T doit également contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de la stratégie Europe 2020 et favoriser la transition vers une économie à faibles émissions de CO2.

Supports existing projects under which objective indicators for monitoring and evaluating biodiversity are being developed and calls on the Commission to ensure compliance with the obligations entered into by the European Union under the Biodiversity Convention, that is to say the sustainable use and conservation of biodiversity and the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from it, to make it an objective that reference material relating to species and varieties should, in any event, be stored only in states party to the Biodiversity Convention, and to harmonise the available information and make use of existing networks;

To provide, especially through an EU coordination network, a concise and comprehensive basis for policy relevant information on forests in relation to climate change (impact on forest ecosystems, mitigation, substitution effects), biodiversity (baseline information and protected forest areas), forest fires, forest conditions and the protective functions of forests (water, soil and infrastructure) as well as contributing to the protection of forests against fires.
Fournir, en particulier au travers d'un réseau de coordination de l'UE, une base concise et complète d'informations pertinentes pour la politique forestière en ce qui concerne le changement de climat (impacts sur les écosystèmes forestiers, atténuation, effets de substitution), la biodiversité (informations de base et zones forestières protégées), les incendies de forêt, la forêt et les fonctions protectrices des forêts (eau, sol et infrastructure) ainsi que contribuer à la protection des forêts contre les incendies.
