After consulting Member States and stakeholders, the Commission shall, by 1 January 2015, submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a feasibility report on options for an eco-label scheme for fishery and aquaculture products, in particular on establishing such a scheme on a Union-wide basis and on setting minimum requirements for the use by Member States of a Union eco-label.
Après consultation des États membres et des parties prenantes, la Commission soumet, au plus tard le 1er janvier 2015, au Parlement européen et au Conseil un rapport de faisabilité sur les options envisageables en vue d'un système d'attribution de labels écologiques pour les produits de la pêche et de l'aquaculture, notamment en ce qui concerne la création d'un tel système à l'échelle de l'Union et la fixation d'exigences minimales pour l'utilisation d'un label écologique de l'Union par les États membres.

In application of recital 18, Articles 10 and 13, Annex II, point 1.2 and Annex III, point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 691/2010, the national or functional airspace block performance targets need not necessarily be equal to the European Union-wide performance targets; they should be consistent with these European Union-wide performance targets.
En application du considérant 18, des articles 10 et 13, de l’annexe II, point 1.2, et de l’annexe III, point 1, du règlement (UE) no 691/2010, les objectifs de performance au niveau national ou des blocs d’espace aérien fonctionnels ne doivent pas nécessairement être équivalents aux objectifs de performance de l'Union européenne, mais doivent être compatibles avec ceux-ci.

The Commission shall assess the performance plans, their targets and in particular their consistency with, and adequate contribution to, the European Union-wide performance targets, on the basis of the criteria laid down in Annex III, taking into appropriate account the evolution of the context that may have occurred between the date of adoption of the European Union-wide targets and the date of assessment of the performance plan.

As from the second reference period, a second European Union-wide capacity indicator shall be developed on the basis of the monitoring described in point 3.1 to address the specific airport ANS-related capacity issues.
