It is proposed to strengthen this action through the introduction of support for the construction and operation of new infrastructures of European interest in the form of a mechanism like that used for the trans-European networks (TENs [19]), based on the model used to support a free electron laser and nanoelectronics facilities in the framework of the "European Growth Initiative".
