The Council asks the High Representative and the Commission to regularly inform relevant Council formations on progress achieved in the pilot countries and to prepare a comprehensive report on the implementation of the Agenda for Action in all regions once the ongoing evaluations in the field of democracy support-related co-operation have been finalised by early 2012.
