If we and our members negotiated a collective agreement with governments, as we do all the time, and if after they'd sat at the table and made the agreement they then turned around and took it out to everybody in the province to vote on whether or not we should have a collective agreement, I think our members would be very upset at that, and I would think the people in this province would be upset at that.
Si nous et nos membres négocions une convention collective avec le gouvernement, comme nous le faisons constamment, et si, après avoir négocié cet accord à la table de négociation, le gouvernement demandait à tous les habitants de la province de voter pour ou contre cette convention collective, je pense que cela déplairait beaucoup à nos membres et que cela déplairait aussi aux habitants de la province.
