– (FR) Based on the report by my excellent colleague and friend Jean-Paul Gauzès from the Group of the European People’s Party (Christian Democrats), I voted for the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending the 2009 regulation on credit rating agencies and granting the all-new European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) supervisory powers over these entities.
– Sur la base du rapport de mon excellent collègue et ami Jean-Paul Gauzès (PPE, FR) j’ai voté la proposition de règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil modifiant le règlement sur les agences de notation de crédit de 2009 et prévoyant de confier à la toute nouvelle Autorité européenne des marchés financiers (AEMF) la surveillance de ces entités.
