IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Interior rear-view mirrors are grouped in class I. Exterior rear-view mirrors are grouped in class II. Tractors shall be fitted with two rear-view mirrors of class II and optionally with a rear-view mirror of class I, bearing the type-approval mark of UNECE Regulation No 46 as referenced in Annex I, in accordance with Article 34 of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 and Annex XX to this Regulation.

Where the bottom edge of an exterior rear-view mirror is less than 2 m above the ground when the tractor is laden, this rear-view mirror shall not project more than 0,20 m beyond the overall width of the tractor or tractor-trailer combination measured without rear-view mirrors.
Lorsque le bord inférieur d’un rétroviseur extérieur est situé à moins de 2 m du sol, le tracteur étant en charge, ce rétroviseur ne doit pas faire une saillie de plus de 0,20 m par rapport à la largeur hors tout du tracteur ou de l’ensemble tracteur-remorque, mesurée sous les rétroviseurs.

2.2. The side and rear windows bear the appropriate EEC type-approval mark specified in item 4.4 of Annex II. Side and rear windows through which either the driver's forward direct field of view ov 180o is obtained or through which the driver's indirect field of view is obtained by means of interior and exterior rear-view mirrors complying with the requirements of Directive 71/127/EEC, do not bear the additional symbol provided for in item 4.5.2 of Annex II.
2.2. Les vitres latérales et la lunette arrière doivent porter la marque d'homologation «CEE» appropriée décrite au point 4.4 de l'annexe II. Les vitres latérales et la lunette arrière donnant au conducteur le champ de vision directe avant de 180o ou le champ de vision indirecte au moyen de rétroviseurs intérieurs et extérieurs satisfaisant aux exigences de la directive 71/127/CEE ne doivent pas porter le symbole complémentaire prévu au point 4.5.2 de l'annexe II.
