* In accordance with article 12 of Annex IV to the Cotonou Agreement, the Community can earmark the extra EUR96 million from the envelope for regional co-operation to intra-ACP co-operation and notify accordingly the ACP-Council of Ministers.
* Conformément à l'article 12 de l'annexe IV de l'accord de Cotonou, la Communauté peut affecter les 96 millions d'euros supplémentaires de l'enveloppe consacrée à la coopération régionale à la coopération intra-ACP et en informer le Conseil des ministres ACP.
