When we look at Canada's participation in the first phase of the joint strike fighter program, which will cost $250 million to $500 million, I think it shows that these initial discussions could be the first step toward Canada's definite involvement in a plan which, I am sure, is not supported by the people of Rosemont—Petite-Patrie, whom I represent in this House (1355) Mr. Claude Bachand (Saint-Jean, BQ): Mr. Speaker, I would like to commend my colleague for his speech, which was very clear, as usual.
