Calls on the Commission to deepen financial market reform, in particular with a view to financial conglomerates, as well as shadow banking ; to this end, asks the Commission to put forward additional legislative proposals, such as the revision of the Financial Conglomerates Directive (FICOD) and a set of shadow banking directives;
