Following a thorough examination of the two applications, the EMPL Committee accepted that both requests fulfil the criteria laid out in the Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 (see Articles 2, 3 4,5 and 6) and, therefore, is in favour of mobilising the EGF for the cases submitted by Germany and Finland: EGF/2007/03/DE/BENQ and EGF/2007/04/FI/PERLOS
À l'issue d'un examen approfondi des deux demandes, la commission EMPL a estimé que celles-ci satisfaisaient aux critères établis dans le règlement (CE) n° 1927/2006 (voir les articles 2 à 6) et, en conséquence, se montre favorable à la mobilisation du FEM dans les dossiers présentés par les autorités allemandes et finlandaises, à savoir les cas EGF/2007/03/DE/BENQ et EGF/2007/04/FI/PERLOS.

Following the assessment of the two requests, the Committee of Employment and Social Affairs of the European Parliament confirmed that in both cases the intervention and application criteria as well as the compliance and coordination criteria laid out in Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 (see Articles 2, 3, 4,5 and 6) have been fulfilled. Therefore, the Employment and Social Affairs Committee is in favour of mobilising the EGF for the cases submitted by Germany and Finland: EGF/2007/03/DE/BENQ and EGF/2007/04/FI/PERLOS.
Après avoir examiné les deux demandes, la commission de l'emploi et des affaires sociales du Parlement européen a confirmé que, dans ces deux dossiers, tant les critères de demande et d'intervention que les critères de conformité et de coordination prévus dans le règlement (CE) n° 1927/2006 (voir articles 2 à 6) étaient respectés et s'est donc, sur cette base, déclarée favorable à la mobilisation du FEM dans les deux dossiers présentés par l'Allemagne (EGF/2007/03/DE/BENQ) et la Finlande (EFG/2007/04/FI/PERLOS).
