Definition: Conduct disorder, usually occurring in younger children, primarily characterized by markedly defiant, disobedient, disruptive behaviour that does not include delinquent acts or the more extreme forms of aggressive or dissocial behaviour. The disorder requires that the overall criteria for F91.- be met; even severely mischievous or naughty behaviour is not in itself sufficient for diagnosis. Caution should be employed before using this category, especially with older children, because clinically significant conduct disorder will usually be accompanied by dissocial or aggressive behaviour that goes beyond mere defiance, disobedience, or disruptiveness.

Despite the progress observed in 2001 in women's employment rates and the fact that some of the Member States (Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, Sweden and the United Kingdom) already exceed the female employment rate target of 60% for 2010, the employment rate in the EU as a whole is still 5.1 percentage points below the target and 2.1 percentage points below the intermediate target of 57% for 2005.

3. If employment or self-employment in Finland has terminated and the pension according to the Finnish legislation concerning the Employment Pensions Scheme no longer includes the future period, and if the contingency giving rise to a benefit occurs during employment or self-employment subject to the Canada Pension Plan, creditable periods under the Canada Pension Plan shall be taken into account by the competent institution of Finland for the purpose of meeting the requirement regarding the future period.
3.
