TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

(2.1) The notification referred to in paragraph (2)(e) shall set out, in respect of each shipment of fish imported or to be imported into Canada and each type of fish contained in that shipment,

Whereas Article 22 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 3759/92 requires Member States to notify to the Commission the prices of certain imported fish and fish products; whereas the exact price to be notified should be defined; whereas the frequency and form of such notifications should be specified; whereas it should be settled which are the markets or ports where the volumes of trade are such that they are representative of the terms of trade in general and where these prices should therefore be recorded;
considérant que, en application de l'article 22 paragraphe 3 du règlement (CEE) no 3759/92, il est demandé aux États membres de notifier à la Commission les prix de certains poissons et autres produits; que le prix exact à notifier devrait être défini; que la fréquence et la forme de ces notifications devraient être précisées; qu'il faudrait arrêter la liste des marchés ou ports qui, compte tenu de leur volume d'échanges, sont représentatifs des termes de l'échange en général et où les prix devraient donc être constatés;
