If the seller fails to furnish the date of a
rrival when quoting price, and in the absence of any written memorandum of sale, which includes the date of arrival, or specific written statement, as to who shall assume such charges as have accrued after arrival, the buyer may assume that the
shipment arrived at point of sale on the day and date upon which the purchase was made, and shall be liable only for such charges as would properly attach to a
