One cannot imagine the dismay, disappointment, fear and worry among those folks gathered here and all across the country when they learned that the response by this government on health care was to put in a one time short term allocation of funding to be shared by health and education, and maybe even other social programs if one reads the budget carefully, over four years.
On ne peut imaginer la consternation, la déception et l'inquiétude ressenties chez ces gens réunis ici et partout dans le pays quand ils ont appris que la réponse du gouvernement en matière de santé consistait à accorder une allocation ponctuelle à court terme de fonds à partager entre les soins de santé et l'éducation, et peut-être même d'autres programmes sociaux si on lit le budget attentivement, étalée sur quatre années.
