France notes that the development following BCP’s offer again to take up 100 % of SNCM’s stock occurred in a very difficult financial and social context and that VT’s joining BCP’s offer did not change the commercial and financial terms of the transaction (except for capital ownership).
La France rappelle que l’évolution faisant à la suite de l’offre de BCP de reprendre 100 % des titres de la SNCM s’est déroulée dans un contexte financier et social très difficile et que l’association de VT à l’offre de BCP n’a pas changé les termes commerciaux et financiers de l’opération (hors répartition du capital).
