The Spanish will go away, but these taxes will be here forever. Hon. Brian Tobin (Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, Lib.): Mr. Speaker, I would certainly hear the view of the hon. member on what he thinks the access fees should be because the Reform Party consistently tells the House that the government has to do more to responsibly control expenditures to get the deficit under control.
